You heard it.You fixed it.Your team says it worked.

Teampeep runs your retros and polls, turns what the team raises into actions with owners, then asks the team whether each fix helped. Over a quarter, you can see what actually got better.

A live retro question, as the facilitator sees it.

How the loop works

Most retro tools stop at the sticky notes. Teampeep keeps going until the team tells you whether the fix worked.

  1. Step 1: Gather

Run a retro live in the meeting, or leave it open for a few days so people can answer when they have time. Add a quick poll whenever you need one.

Start / Stop / Continue, open until Friday

  2. Step 2: Act

Turn any answer or theme into an action with an owner and a due date. It stays linked to the answers it came from.

Quarantine the flaky e2e tests. Owner: Priya.

  3. Step 3: Check

When an action is done, the team votes on whether it helped. If they say it didn’t, reopen it in one click.

Did quarantining the flaky tests help?

  4. Step 4: See the trend

Themes, votes and verdicts add up across every session, so you can see what keeps coming up and what stopped.

Deploy pain: 6 times last quarter, none since the fix.

Live sessions where you set the pace

You drive from your laptop and everyone else follows on their phone. Polls work the same way as retro questions.

The run sheet shows where you are. Every move has a key.
  • Everyone follows you

When you move to the next question, every phone in the room moves with you. Nobody refreshes, and nobody loses what they were typing.

  • Nobody skips ahead

By default, phones show only the live question, and later questions aren’t sent to anyone until you get there. Press P to let people look back or move freely.

  • A view for the big screen

Put the big-screen view on the projector or share it on the call. Answers and vote counts appear as they come in, with the join code on screen.

  • Keyboard shortcuts

J and K move between questions, R reveals answers, L locks them. Each button shows its key, so there is nothing to memorize.

Anonymous when it matters

You decide for each session whether answers are anonymous or named.

How anonymity works, in detail

Set per session, then locked
Choose anonymous or named when you set up the session. Once the first answer comes in, it can’t be changed.
Hidden from managers and admins
In an anonymous session, nobody in your organization can see who wrote what. That includes you.
Unlinkable once the session closes
While a session is open, answers are tied to a code that lets people edit their own cards and stops double votes. When the session closes, we delete the key behind that code. After that, nobody can link an answer to a person, not even us. The one exception is a database backup made while the session was still open, which our privacy summary explains.
Small groups stay hidden
Reports don’t show anonymous results for groups of fewer than three people.

Shoutouts next to the fixes

Retros find what’s broken. Shoutouts show what’s going well. Leaderboards for the week, the month and all time show who has been recognized, per team and across your organization.

Readable from the back of the room

Retros happen on projectors, laptops and phones. Everyone in the room should be able to take part.

  • WCAG 2.2 AA

We build to WCAG 2.2 AA and treat it as a release gate: full keyboard use, visible focus, screen reader support and strong contrast.

  • A typeface made to be read

Atkinson Hyperlegible was designed by the Braille Institute so that look-alike characters, like I, l and 1, are easy to tell apart.

  • Works on a projector

On the big screen, questions are at least 72px and nothing is smaller than 26px. The live question has an edge and a label, not just a color.

  • Nothing relies on color

Votes show a number and an arrow. If your device is set to reduce motion, nothing moves.
